Role Summary

We’re looking for a strategic and operationally minded Growth Campaign Manager to help turn go-to-market strategy into measurable pipeline growth. This role sits at the center of our marketing organization, partnering closely with Product Marketing, Sales, SDR, Content, Creative, Events, Social, and RevOps teams to operationalize integrated campaigns across the customer journey.

The ideal candidate is a strong cross-functional orchestrator who knows how to take positioning, ICPs, and campaign objectives and translate them into scalable multi-channel programs that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue impact.

This is not a traditional “lead gen” role solely focused on paid advertising or channel execution. This role is responsible for building the connective tissue between strategy and execution, ensuring campaigns are aligned, measurable, and optimized to support pipeline growth.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Build and Operationalize Integrated Campaigns

  • Translate Product Marketing messaging, positioning, ICPs, and campaign objectives into executable growth marketing programs
  • Develop integrated campaign plans across paid, owned, earned, and field channels
  • Define campaign channel mix, audience segmentation, nurture strategy, conversion paths, and funnel progression tactics.
  • Build campaign briefs, execution timelines, KPIs, and success measurement frameworks

Drive Pipeline Growth and Funnel Performance

  • Own campaign contribution to pipeline generation, conversion velocity, and opportunity creation
  • Monitor campaign performance across the buyer journey from inquiry through opportunity progression
  • Partner with SDR and Sales teams to improve lead quality, routing, follow-up processes, and conversion effectiveness
  • Identify funnel bottlenecks and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and campaign ROI

Coordinate Cross-Functional Campaign Execution

  • Serve as the central orchestrator for campaign execution across Content, Creative, Paid Media, Social, Events, Web, and Marketing Operations teams
  • Facilitate campaign planning meetings, stakeholder alignment, and execution readiness
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to ensure strategic alignment between messaging and execution.

Support Lifecycle and Nurture Programs

  • Partner with Marketing Operations to support lead nurture and lifecycle marketing initiatives within HubSpot
  • Help define audience segmentation, nurture flows, and conversion strategies
  • Support account-based and intent-driven marketing initiatives where appropriate
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations for ongoing campaign and conversion optimization

Analyze Performance and Generate Insights

  • Track and analyze campaign, funnel, and pipeline performance data
  • Develop actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign performance trends
  • Create reporting frameworks and dashboards that connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Stay current on growth marketing, B2B SaaS demand generation, ABM, and lifecycle marketing best practices

Experience

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth marketing, integrated campaigns, or pipeline marketing
  • Proven experience building and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact
  • Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey, funnel management, and lifecycle marketing principles
  • Experience translating high-level marketing strategy into operational campaign execution plans
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage complex campaign workflows
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Familiarity with paid media channels including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting, and content syndication
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using campaign and funnel performance data to drive optimization
  • Experience with lead scoring, routing, nurture automation, and conversion rate optimization
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving growth environment

Preferred:

  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
  • Familiarity with intent data and buyer intelligence platforms
  • Experience working in multi-brand or matrixed marketing organizations
  • Experience partnering closely with SDR and Revenue Operations teams
  • Certifications in relevant marketing platforms such as HubSpot or Google Ads

What Success Looks Like

  • Campaigns launch with clear strategy, alignment, and measurement goals
  • Marketing programs consistently contribute qualified pipeline and revenue impact
  • Funnel conversion rates and campaign performance improve over time
  • Cross-functional teams operate with stronger coordination and execution clarity
  • Marketing efforts are connected to business outcomes, not just activity metrics

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

  • Majority of work conducted in an office environment using standard office equipment
  • Work utilizes fine motor skills to type and ability to view and see details on the screen
  • Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at desk while working on a computer
  • Ability to travel to clients or for internal meetings, as necessary
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
