The Marketing Manager, Campaigns & Growth leads the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand generation across the U.S. & Canada.

This role partners closely with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams—including product marketing, digital, events, and marketing automation—to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns that improve lead quality and pipeline performance.

In addition, this position leads and develops a team of marketing associates, ensuring strong execution, accountability, and continuous improvement.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building a more scalable, data-driven demand generation engine.

Primary Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Work closely with Marketing Director to develop integrated, multi-channel campaign plans aligned with business priorities.
  • Translate product marketing strategy and messaging into campaign execution plans.
  • Define campaign objectives, target audiences, and success metrics.

Campaign Execution, Coordination & Optimization

  • Support and drive end-to-end campaign execution, coordinating across:
    • Digital (paid media, web, social); Marketing automation (email, nurture); Events (in partnership with Sr. Event Manager)
  • Ensure consistent messaging and seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.
  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve:
    • Targeting and segmentation
    • Lead quality and engagement
    • Overall campaign effectiveness
  • Partner with Marketing Director to continuously refine and improve demand generation programs.

Performance Management & Optimization

  • Track and analyze campaign performance across key KPIs:
    • MQL volume and quality
    • Conversion rates (MQL → SQL)
    • Engagement metrics
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness through testing and optimization.
  • Support development of reporting and performance insights for leadership review.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Team Management

  • Act as the central point of coordination across:
    • Regional Product Marketing (RPM)
    • Marketing Automation
    • Social/Digital
    • Events
  • Lead and develop a team of marketing associates, providing direction, coaching, and performance management to ensure high-quality campaign execution.
  • Ensure strong alignment between product messaging and campaign execution.
  • Partner closely with the Marketing Director to align team priorities with broader business and demand generation goals.

Process & Capability Improvement

  • Support development of more structured campaign planning and execution processes.
  • Help improve lead management workflows and campaign tracking.
  • Contribute to building a more scalable and consistent demand generation approach.
  • Leverage CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Other duties and special projects may be assigned based on business needs.

Key Qualifications

Experience:

  • 5–8 years in B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign management.
  • Experience supporting multi-channel campaign execution.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Experience leading or managing a small team, with demonstrated ability to coach and develop talent.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and execution capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance.
  • Effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with marketing tools (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.).
  • Experience in healthcare, dental, or medical device industry preferred but not required.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Travel:

  • 10% or less domestic.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000
