The Team

We represent Hitachi Vantara to our customers and partners in the Americas, establishing business and marketing relationships to understand customer challenges and deliver an outstanding experience to both our customers and partners. We collaborate as a team and cross-functionally to ensure the success of our stakeholders and we need people like you to help build those deep relationships and to passionately articulate our differentiation and value proposition.

What You’ll be Doing

We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Marketing Manager to lead the creation and execution of data-informed and innovative marketing campaigns for specific customer segments. This person will oversee a cross-functional effort and manage marketing campaign across various channels, including paid media, email, content and events, to achieve specific business objectives. Business alignment with our sales and marketing leadership is a critical component of this role, and the ideal candidate is a strong collaborator who can work with multiple teams to drive a holistic campaigns aligned with market opportunities.
The primary objective of this role is to develop and drive a coordinated set of campaigns and events that generate new opportunities and pipeline within targeted segments. A key component of this role is planning and executing innovative, high-impact programs with messaging that resonates and inspires action with our audiences. This person must be good at utilizing data and insights to build develop audience segments and targeted campaigns. Project management of programs and campaigns is a key part of this role and the candidate for this position needs to understand how to bring together the different stakeholders to achieve results for the business.

This position is part of the Americas Field & Global Partner Marketing team and reports to the Sr. Director, Field and Partner Marketing. It sits within the company’s Global Marketing organization. This position is based in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Develop demand generation marketing campaigns with a multi-channel approach that engages our target audience and deliver new opportunities and pipeline.
  • Utilize customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing Managers, Sales, Data Analytics and other teams to align on messaging, targeting, and measurement.
  • Align with Partner sales and marketing teams to integrate partners into campaigns and identify where we can extend reach and results with campaigns through partners.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure efficient and agile execution of programs.
  • Provide regular updates to marketing and sales leadership on the status of marketing programs, how we are contributing to pipeline and helping meet our objectives.
  • Continuously optimize and refine strategies and tactics to optimize results and ROI.

What You Will Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in B2B technology, software and/or services companies.
  • Proven track record of leading successful cross-functional marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of various marketing channels and their roles in an integrated strategy.
  • Experience working with partners on demand generation campaigns.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Salesforce and Marketo or marketing automation expertise.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
