Lead design and delivery of enterprise Pega BPM/case management solutions. Architect and develop on Pega Infinity (24.x+), Constellation/Cosmos and Pega 8.x upgrades, integrate with RDBMS/Oracle, DX APIs and Pega Cloud/AWS, and support deployment, decisioning, and stakeholder-facing delivery in financial services.
We are seeking an experienced Pega Architect (CLSA) with strong expertise in Pega BPM (PRPC) and Financial Services domain to lead the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade workflow and case management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- - Proficient in application design and development using Pega Infinity 24.x or higher
- - Hands-on experience on Pega Constellation; at least Pega Cosmos is must.
- - Proficient in SQL with working knowledge of designing relational databases in Oracle
- - Experience on DX APIs, Blueprint, AI will be a big plus
- - Knowledge of cloud technology or Pega deployment on containers is a plus
- - Experience in Agile methodology is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working on Pega BPM; Should have at-least CSSA certification
- Pega CLSA certification (mandatory)
- Strong experience in Pega 8.x and upgrade projects
- Proven experience in Financial Services (Banking preferred)
- Strong knowledge of case management, workflows, and business rules (BPM/BRE)
- Experience with Pega Cloud / AWS environments
- Strong knowledge of RDBMS and SQL

- Job Schedulers, Queue Processors
- Docker, Kubernetes (nice to have)
- Pega admin (installation, configuration)

- Knowledge of regulatory/compliance requirements in banking
- Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing experience
- Experience in Agile delivery models
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 54,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 189,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
