We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team and help manage our cloud infrastructure, automate workflows, and ensure the reliability of our systems. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with AWS and Kubernetes (K8s), along with a proactive mindset for maintaining and optimizing infrastructure performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, implement and manage orchestration of the containerized eCommerce application with elastic scalability.
  • Design and spin up separate eCommerce environments for staging, integration, and load testing.
  • Expand the containerization architecture to Platform Engineering applications (UACAPI) for scalability, performance, and security.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code.
  • Manage code and container repositories across the organization.
  • Legacy Infra refactoring and support.  
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines.
  • GitOps/CI /CD optimization.
  • Infra Automation and Cloud Engineering.
  • Work both independently and in close collaboration with others in the team and across the business.  
  • Support the DevSecOps team on-call rotation. 

Requirements:

  • Strong experience working with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes (K8s), including deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation (overnight US time) every 1.5–2 months.
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and incident response strategies.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
  • Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar) for automation.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
