*** This position must be located in Atlanta, GA; Herndon, VA; New York, NY; or Bellevue, WA. This is not a remote role. This is a hybrid schedule, requiring at least 3 days a week in office.
The Campaign Manager, Ad Operations serves as the primary Ad Operations partner for marketing initiatives, driving campaign activation, creative strategy, testing, personalization, and cross-functional collaboration from planning through execution and learning.
This role partners closely with Line of Business (LOB) stakeholders to identify opportunities for creative optimization, audience personalization, and Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO), translating business objectives into scalable testing and activation strategies. The Campaign Manager leads creative testing initiatives, analyzes creative performance data, and delivers actionable insights that inform future creative, personalization, and marketing decisions.
As a strategic partner, this role plays a critical part in advancing Ad Operations as a Center of Excellence for campaign activation, creative optimization, personalization, and marketing innovation.

Responsibilities

·       Manage end-to-end campaign activation and execution across paid media channels.

·       Ensure campaigns are launched accurately, on schedule, and aligned with media plans, targeting requirements, and business objectives.

·       Lead the operational implementation of campaign targeting and DCO decision-tree strategies, ensuring creative variations, audience logic, and personalization frameworks are accurately deployed across ad serving and activation platforms.

·       Monitor campaign implementation, creative execution, and tracking integrity throughout the campaign lifecycle, proactively identifying and resolving operational risks.

·       Troubleshoot campaign, creative, tracking, and reporting issues while ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.

·       Lead campaign kickoff discussions to identify creative testing opportunities, personalization strategies, audience segmentation approaches, and DCO activation plans.

·       Partner with Marketing, Media, Programmatic, Analytics, and Creative stakeholders to develop testing hypotheses, measurement plans, success criteria, and learning agendas aligned with business objectives.

·       Translate business goals into actionable testing frameworks, including creative, audience, offer, and messaging experiments designed to drive performance and learning.

·       Analyze creative performance data, A/B testing results, and DCO outcomes to identify trends, measure creative effectiveness, and generate actionable insights.

·       Evaluate creative, messaging, offer, audience, and personalization performance to develop optimization recommendations that improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.

·       Partner with Programmatic and Analytics teams to develop integrated performance narratives that combine media performance, creative insights, and business outcomes.

·       Present creative testing results, DCO learnings, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, enabling data-informed creative and marketing decisions.

·       Champion a Test-and-Learn culture by sharing best practices, creative insights, and optimization opportunities across stakeholder groups.

·       Serve as the primary operational liaison between Marketing, Media, Programmatic, Ad Operations, Analytics, Creative Studio, and Line of Business (LOB) stakeholders.

·       Coordinate cross-functional campaign planning and activation to ensure requirements, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.

·       Maintain campaign documentation, QA standards, trafficking processes, and operational best practices.

·       Identify and implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency, scalability, and campaign quality.

·       Mentor team members through knowledge sharing, best-practice guidance, and collaborative problem-solving.

·       Influence stakeholders through expertise in campaign activation, creative optimization, testing strategy, data analysis, and DCO best practices.

QualificationsRequired

·       Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent. Acceptable fields of study include Marketing, Business, or related field.

·       4+ years of experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Media Operations, or a related field.

·       Experience managing end-to-end digital campaign activation across paid media channels.

·       Experience with ad serving platforms, campaign trafficking, QA, and creative implementation.

·       Experience developing and executing creative testing strategies and Test-and-Learn initiatives.

·       Experience analyzing campaign, creative, and testing data to develop actionable business recommendations.

·       Strong understanding of Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO), audience segmentation, and personalization strategies.

·       Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Media, Programmatic, Analytics, and Creative.

·       Excellent project management, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

·       Experience with DCO platforms such as Innovid or similar creative optimization technologies.

·       Experience working with DSPs, ad servers, and digital measurement platforms.

·       Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership and business stakeholders.

·       Knowledge of digital advertising best practices, campaign measurement, and creative performance analysis.

·       Experience supporting large-scale marketing initiatives within a matrixed organization.

·       Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and advancing creative optimization through data-driven decision-making.

Base Pay Range: $78,500 - $141,600

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
