The Role

At Glia, we believe banking is personal—and our marketing should be too. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in fueling our demand generation engine. In this role, your primary focus will be leading our virtual events and webinar strategy—serving as the end-to-end strategist, producer, and marketer for our live digital programs.

In addition to leading our webinar program, you will manage our paid online advertising channels and content syndication programs to amplify our reach, nurture prospects, and generate qualified leads across the marketing funnel.

What You’ll Do

Webinar & Virtual Event Leadership

  • Program Strategy: Plan, schedule, and execute a high-performing webinar schedule, designed to attract engagement from prospects and customers.

  • End-to-End Production: Manage all pre- and post-production logistics, including setting up event landing pages, speaker prep, rehearsals, tech checks, live moderation, and audience Q&A.

  • Promotion & Audience Acquisition: Build multi-channel promotional strategies (email cadences, paid social, internal promotion) to maximize live attendance and on-demand views.

  • Post-Event Activation: Lead post-webinar follow-up workflows and repackage webinar recordings into evergreen lead assets.

Paid Online Advertising

  • Campaign Management: Work with an outside agency to direct and optimize paid acquisition channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Search/Display, Retargeting) to drive targeted traffic to webinars, landing pages, and content assets.

  • Budget & ROI Tracking: Manage performance ad spend, optimize Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and continually test ad creative, messaging, and audience targeting.

Content Syndication & Distribution

  • Vendor Management: Select, negotiate with, and manage third-party content syndication partners and publishers to distribute our whitepapers, ebooks, and recorded webinars.

  • Quality Assurance: Monitor lead quality from syndication vendors, ensuring compliance with ideal customer profile (ICP) standards before passing leads to Revenue Operations.

Workflow Automation & AI Efficiency

  • Identify opportunities to streamline manual event tasks by leveraging AI tools and automated workflows.

Who You Are
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in B2B marketing programs and demand generation, both developing and executing programs. SaaS and/or banking experience is a plus.

  • Provent Webinar Experience: Experience owning and running end-to-end webinar programs from platform set-up to live production.

  • Paid Media Knowledge: Hands-on experience setting up, tracking, and optimizing campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.

  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: Exceptional project management and organizational skills with a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple event timelines simultaneously.

  • Execution Mindset: Action-oriented problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys handling logistics end-to-end.

  • Collaborative Communicator: Great interpersonal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset when working with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with marketing tools and software such as Salesforce, Marketo, Google Workspace, Asana, and Zoom.

Why Glia
  • Be part of a fast-growing SaaS company transforming how banks and credit unions connect with their customers.

  • Collaborate with an innovative, supportive marketing team reimagining B2B engagement.

  • Opportunities for career growth and skill development in field and experiential marketing.

  • Competitive compensation, benefits, and a people-first culture that values growth, connection, and authenticity.
