Position Overview: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator with design skills to join our dynamic marketing team. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing our digital marketing strategies while also utilizing their creative design abilities to enhance the visual impact of our campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, proficiency in design tools and software, and excellent project management skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about both marketing and design, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and online advertising. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing manager to create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and other visual elements, to support digital campaigns. 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies and make recommendations for incorporating new strategies and tools into our marketing initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as education, and migration to ensure brand consistency and alignment in digital marketing efforts. 
  • Assist in planning and executing online events, webinars, and other digital marketing initiatives. 
  • Support the team in various administrative as required. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a coordinator or similar role. 
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva (bonus points for Adobe Creative Suite) 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic sense and the ability to create visually appealing designs.
