You'll join a lean growth team where your work directly influences pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day execution and optimization of global paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and emerging advertising channels
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns end-to-end, including audience strategy, campaign setup, creative testing, bidding, budgeting, and performance analysis
  • Monitor campaign pacing against budget and pipeline goals, proactively identifying risks and adjusting strategy to maximize performance
  • Partner closely with Creative to develop high-performing ad creative and continuously test new messaging, formats, and concepts
  • Leverage AI tools and audience enrichment platforms such as Clay to improve targeting, automate workflows, and increase team efficiency
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate conversion tracking, attribution, and pipeline reporting
  • Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights and recommendations to marketing leadership and executive stakeholders
  • Evaluate new advertising channels, formats, and growth opportunities to keep Cresta ahead of changing buyer behavior
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Marketing Operations to execute integrated campaigns
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience managing paid media or digital marketing programs within B2B SaaS or high-growth technology companies
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms
  • Proven track record optimizing campaigns against pipeline, revenue, and ROI goals—not just traffic or lead volume
  • Experience managing campaign budgets, reporting performance, and making data-driven optimization decisions
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting and analytics tools such as GA4, Looker, or similar platforms
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for using AI tools to improve marketing execution, experimentation, and operational efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience launching or scaling new paid acquisition channels
  • Experience using Clay or similar audience enrichment and GTM tools
  • Experience working at an AI-native or high-growth startup
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and enterprise B2B buying journeys
  • Experience partnering closely with Creative teams to develop high-performing paid advertising assets

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
