We are looking for a Director, Global CXO Programs to join our Marketing CXO department in a fully remote U.S.A. position, reporting directly to the Senior Director, Global CXO Programs. In this highly visible leadership role, you will lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of Zscaler’s global executive hospitality portfolio. You will architect and scale premium executive experiences that strengthen relationships with senior technology leaders, support strategic pursuits, and create differentiated engagement opportunities for customers and prospects. Combining executive presence, hospitality expertise, and strategic business thinking, you will focus entirely on building meaningful executive engagement platforms that drive measurable business impact.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Develop and lead Zscaler’s global executive hospitality and strategic experiences strategy to build scalable hospitality frameworks that support executive engagement, customer expansion, and new logo acquisition while aligning investments to business priorities
- Lead the planning and execution of high-touch executive hospitality programs, sponsorship activations, VIP experiences, and curated customer engagements globally to elevate the brand and build peer networks
- Oversee comprehensive global program management, including budgets, forecasting, contracts, vendor management, logistics, staffing, and the development of scalable operational playbooks
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting frameworks to measure executive engagement, pipeline influence, relationship development, and overall ROI for senior leadership
Who You Are (Success Profile)
- You thrive in ambiguity. You're comfortable building the path as you walk it. You thrive in a dynamic environment, seeing ambiguity not as a hindrance, but as the raw material to build something meaningful.
- You act like an owner. Your passion for the mission fuels your bias for action. You operate with integrity because you genuinely care about the outcome. You adapt to what’s needed, navigating seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
- You are a problem-solver. You seek out challenges because you are energized by finding solutions, knowing that solving the hard problems delivers the biggest impact.
- You are a high-trust collaborator. You are ambitious for the team, not just yourself. You embrace our challenge culture by giving and receiving ongoing feedback—knowing that candor delivered with clarity and respect is the truest form of teamwork and the fastest way to earn trust.
- You are customer-obsessed. You build deep empathy for the customer—both internal and external—and anchor your decisions in solving their real-world problems. You champion their needs from start to finish, knowing their success is our success.
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 8+ years of experience leading executive hospitality, experiential marketing, sponsorship activations, executive engagement programs, or premium customer experiences
- Proven track record managing high-visibility executive audiences, VIP engagements, and complex global programs with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong understanding of enterprise customer engagement, strategic relationship building, and executive audience dynamics
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and organizational skills paired with strong operational discipline and a customer-first mindset
- Willingness and ability to travel globally in support of executive programs and strategic experiences
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
