We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.

At Wizards of the Coast, we connect people around the world through play and imagination, from Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons to a growing multiverse of games and experiences. This role sits at the center of how we bring those products to market.

We're hiring a Director, GTM Program Management & Analytics to lead our commercial go-to-market function. This role leads a cross-functional team responsible for bringing initiatives and programs to market, from content to instore execution and customer engagement. You'll lead how our commercial programs are built, launched, and scaled across retail and digital channels. Working cross-functionally with Studio, Digital, Commercial, Marketing, Insights, and other stakeholders, you'll build the processes and operating cadence that ensure programs are executed consistently, measured effectively, and drive customer engagement and commercial growth.

What You'll Do:

Team leadership & Cross Functional Execution

  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team that consistently delivers measurable business outcomes and operational excellence.
  • Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across Wizards of the Coast, influencing senior leaders and representing Commercial GTM leadership forums.
  • Shape the end-to-end retailer experience to ensure our website, communications, promotions, toolkits, in-store activations, and enablement resources work together to support successful launches, drive retailer engagement, and maximize commercial impact.

Program management

  • Set the strategic framework for launch planning and execution, from early planning through post-launch review, ensuring the right milestones, readiness criteria, and accountability are in place to guide teams toward consistent outcomes.
  • Partner across Studios, Marketing, and internal stakeholders aligning dependencies, decision gates, and escalation paths.
  • Build repeatable launch programs and in-store activations that produce consistent retail outcomes.
  • Manage a centralized GTM enablement toolkit (playbooks, readiness checklists, FAQs) and run the launch cadence, including readiness reviews, executive updates, and retrospectives.

Customer Experience

  • Map and improve the end-to-end customer journey, from product awareness through in-store discovery, event participation, and repeat engagement.
  • Use customer and retailer feedback to refine launch programs and reduce friction between digital discovery and in-store action.

Performance analytics & insights

  • Own the commercial performance framework, defining and monitoring the metrics that measure business success across retail, digital channels, customer engagement, and operational execution.
  • Translate performance data into execution changes and prioritization decisions across commercial and studio teams.
  • Build reporting infrastructure and dashboards that give stakeholders visibility into program health, journey performance, and launch outcomes.

What You'll Bring:

  • Senior leadership experience owning go-to-market or launch program management, including direct people management across multiple functions.
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and initiatives at scale.
  • Experience applying customer success principles and journey mapping to improve engagement across physical and digital touchpoints.
  • Strong analytical capability, including building performance frameworks and turning insights into decisions.
  • Experience with trade and channel campaigns and retailer enablement.
  • Clear communication with senior stakeholders and comfort executive readouts.
  • Structured operating mindset for managing complex, multi-workstream programs.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with specialty or hobby retail networks and TCG ecosystem
  • Experience supporting retail outcomes through consumer-facing digital surfaces.
  • Experience running formal operating cadences (WBR/MBR/QBR) and launch governance.
  • Background in BI, analytics tooling, SQL, Python, and leading data analytics teams.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
