We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support Transcarent’s Commercial organization.  Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role will act as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership, driving talent strategies that accelerate revenue growth, sales enablement, and organizational scalability.

This position is remote-first, consistent with the structure of our Commercial team, and requires a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven, and distributed environment.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner and advisor to the Commercial leadership team, aligning people strategy with commercial and revenue objectives.
  • Support sales enablement through talent planning, capability building, and performance optimization.
  • Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development to ensure the right roles, structure, and skills are in place to achieve growth goals.
  • Partner with Sales leaders on performance management, incentive alignment, and employee engagement initiatives that drive accountability and results.
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards and Finance to align compensation structures and sales incentive programs with strategic objectives.
  • Identify and develop leadership talent within the Commercial organization; drive succession planning and career development initiatives.
  • Analyze people and performance data to uncover insights, forecast talent needs, and inform proactive action plans.
  • Coach and support sales managers to strengthen leadership capability and create high-performing teams.
  • Champion Transcarent’s culture and values, ensuring they remain core to how we attract, engage, and retain top sales talent in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years as a strategic HR Business Partner supporting Sales or Go-to-Market organizations.
  • Proven success partnering with revenue leaders in high-growth, fast-paced environments (healthcare, tech, or SaaS experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of sales organizations, including incentive design, enablement, and quota-driven performance environments.
  • Excellent business acumen, with the ability to connect talent strategy directly to sales outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success in organizational design, leadership development, and change management.
  • Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building skills at all levels.
  • Data-driven and comfortable using metrics to guide decisions and drive accountability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

As a remote position, the salary range for this role is:
$165,000$185,000 USD

Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.  

Salary is just one component of Transcarent's total package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock options.
