We’re looking for a strategic and customer-obsessed marketing leader to help orchestrate integrated campaigns that connect the dots across product lines, geographies, and buyer journeys. This role will be pivotal in translating business priorities into high-impact, full-funnel programs that align stakeholders, energize audiences, and deliver measurable growth. By leveraging data-driven insights and innovative strategies, this leader will enhance our market presence and drive sustainable success. Ultimately, this position will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our marketing efforts and ensuring we meet the evolving needs of our customers.
 
How You’ll Find Success

Things You’ll Do
  • Define and develop a comprehensive integrated marketing strategy and planning framework, aligning processes and resources across the department to ensure timely and efficient execution of programs that achieve our marketing goals.
  • Drive the annual marketing calendar, outlining quarterly audience themes and programs that align with our overall business strategy.
  • Partner closely with the Product Marketing team to orchestrate successful product launches, ensuring a seamless integration of messaging and promotional strategies across various channels.
  • Lead quarterly planning sessions to establish a clear coverage model for marketing initiatives, ensuring all programs are adequately supported and executed.
  • Develop, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns encompassing digital, web, email, in-app messaging, content, social media, and events—all aligned to support our overall business strategy.
  • Hire, mentor, and lead a team of high-performing integrated marketers who excel in integrated campaign strategy and execution, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
What We’re Looking for on Your Resume
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Campaign, Brand, or Integrated Marketing leadership roles, with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with Salesforce and Marketing Automation platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven analytical acumen with experience utilizing tools such as Tableau or PowerBI to measure and report on marketing performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences and adapt messaging to various stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment, delivering results by partnering with senior leaders across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and other departments.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
