  • Partner with Information Security to advance Zero Trust, vulnerability remediation, audit readiness, data retention, legal hold, and eDiscovery.
  • Accelerate through automation using Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, SRE, observability, and applied AI to improve scalability, reliability, and team efficiency.
  • Own technology investments and partnerships, including infrastructure budgets, cloud and SaaS cost optimization, licensing, vendor strategy, contracts, and renewals.
Who You Are
  • 12+ years of experience across IT infrastructure, cloud, and systems engineering, including 8+ years leading technical teams and 3+ years leading managers or technical leads.
  • Owned global enterprise infrastructure and cloud environments, with accountability for strategy, architecture, budgets, and service outcomes.
  • Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 expertise, including enterprise-scale identity and access management with Entra ID.
  • Deep technical depth across virtualization, Windows and Linux, networking (SD-WAN/SASE), endpoint management, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Led business continuity, disaster recovery, and reliability programs, including RTO/RPO definition, failover testing, observability, and SRE practices.
  • Drive security and compliance outcomes, including Zero Trust, MFA, privileged access, vulnerability remediation, retention/eDiscovery, and audit findings.
  • Use automation and DevOps practices such as Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, PowerShell, or Python to improve how technology organizations operate.
  • Managed multi-million-dollar technology budgets, vendors, contracts, licensing, and measurable cost optimization.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with enterprise identity modernization, M&A technology integration, or global multi-site environments
  • Background in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or another fast paced consumer business
  • Exposure to CAD/PLM platforms such as SolidWorks or 3DEXPERIENCE. Relevant Azure, identity, or ITIL certifications are also welcomed.
