About the role: 

This role is accountable for the support and administration of all IT systems and solutions implemented at Nintex. This includes all custom developed solutions, third party applications and the virtual environment that supports the development and testing teams.  

Your contribution will be: 

  • Manage and mentor the members of the Production Support team    
  • Oversee the architecture of the virtual server environments used across the testing, development and support departments    
  • Implement and manage the automation of underlying business and system processes    
  • Maintain and evolve a capability to monitor key systems performance and manage maintenance schedules ensuring adequate system capacity    
  • Develop and maintain technical and support documentation    
  • Effectively manage and communicate change to the business and all affected stakeholders    
  • Manage projects that are executed by the Production Support team    
  • Work with the separate business departments to support and improve our platform and solution-based software    
  • Actively promote a culture of excellence in customer service throughout the Production Support team    
  • Participate in the assessment and approval of change through the business systems change control group 

To be successful, we think you need: 

  • 8+ years’ experience in a similar IT role, with experience in a Microsoft environment preferred    
  • Experience leading a team of IT personnel    
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows 2008/2008 R2 servers     
  • Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V    
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills across application and platform based software    
  • Ability to communicate effectively with remote users    
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills    
  • The ability to juggle competing priorities    
  • The ability to discuss and communicate business needs and requirements     
  • A focus on teamwork    
  • Strong customer service skills

Target Compensation Range (US ONLY): 185,000 - 212,750 USD annually. On-target compensation refers to the base salary and applicable variable target for this role. The range is an estimate, base pay will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate's skills and experience aligned with the needs of the role. Base pay may vary based on several factors including geographic location, role specific qualifications, and seniority. Nintex also offers a competitive benefits package including paid time off, twelve paid holidays, 401(k) with employer match, and more.
