  • Create and refine content and copy across digital, events, thought leadership, campaigns, and other customer-facing channels.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform strategy, sharpen positioning, and identify new opportunities.
  • Translate complex ideas into simple, memorable storytelling tailored to different audiences.
  • Partner with leadership and Sales to align on priorities and quickly develop materials that support strategic opportunities.
  • Measure, analyze, and iterate using performance insights and market feedback to continually strengthen marketing effectiveness.
What Will Help You Succeed
  • 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with a track record of translating strategy into high-quality execution.
  • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills—able to make complex ideas resonate across audiences.
  • Experience creating compelling B2B content and sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, one-pagers, and other customer-facing collateral.
  • Experience positioning technology and tech-enabled services solutions and communicating value across multiple customer segments.
  • Proven record of translating strategy into execution and measurable business results.
  • Strong understanding of modern sales enablement, competitive analysis, and ROI-driven go-to-market planning.
  • Expertise in HubSpot and marketing analytics/SEO platforms.
  • Hands-on marketer with both creative instincts and analytical rigor.
  • Experience in HR tech, SaaS, or global mobility industries is a plus.
How We Support You and Work-Life Balance
  • Competitive compensation.
  • Paid Time Off & Paid Parental Leave.
  • Health, Dental, Vision, LTD Insurance, FSA/HSA.
  • 401K.
  • Remote Workplace & Flexible Schedule.
  • Professional Development Opportunities.

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
