Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement and manage the rollout of pricing and rate plan strategies for wireless devices and services.
- Write and maintain clear business requirements for IT and other technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of pricing plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and IT, to ensure seamless execution of pricing plans.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align on implementation timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Monitor the execution of pricing strategies, proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions to ensure successful deployment and market competitiveness.
- Ensure all pricing implementations comply with company policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
- Document processes and maintain detailed records of pricing deployments to facilitate continuous improvement and compliance.
- Provide structured feedback to strategy teams on implementation outcomes, market response, and potential areas for improvement to inform future strategies.
- Act as a subject matter expert in pricing strategy, offering guidance and support to junior team members and other departments.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a pricing implementation or operational role, preferably within the telecommunications sector
- Experience leading large team at the executive level
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope
- Ability to work effectively with various teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with project management software
