About the role:

The Director, Public Sector will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for Nintex within the Public Sector (Federal, State and Local Government).  They are directly accountable for the Public Sector revenue generated within the United States and Canada. This includes the management of any dedicated Public Sector Sales Team members. 

Your contribution will be:  

  • Drive Public Sector Sales with Strategic Partner Mangers, Account Executives and Account Managers
  • Create and implement a Public Sector business plan in conjunction with management team
  • Achieve sales revenue targets 
  • Develop, manage, and report on a sales pipeline for Federal New Logo acquisition and other select public sector opportunities; present sales forecasts in a timely fashion
  • Create and sell vertical market solutions and horizontal applications 
  • Leverage our Strategic, Global and local Partner ecosystem to build pipeline and drive sales
  • Identify and coordinate key performance indicators with the Technical Evangelist team that align to net new sales team goals 
  • Identify and remove, or signal to the RSD, any road blocks to short or long term sales
  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of the Nintex products 
  • Work closely with Sales Operations to ensure visibility of leading and lagging indicators that are established to track effectiveness of your team.
  • Work with Product Marketing to develop Public Sector focused marketing materials and product demonstrations. 
  • Work closely with Nintex CTO and Product Team to communicate product delivery requirements such as FedRamp, etc.
  • Ensure that all Nintex business with its Public Sector Partners are fair, honest and consistent
  • Provide Sales Leadership for the Public Sector Business.
  • Travel will be required to manage regional relationships and work hours may vary based on regional coverage.

You may be directed to perform other reasonable tasks by your manager. 

To be successful, we think you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science
  • Track record of high performance in strategic sales leadership
  • Deep understanding of Public Sector Sales with a focus on SLED transformation

Nintex is committed to fair and transparent pay practices. The annual on-target earning range for this Senior Director, Sales - Public Sector US position is [$285,000 - $450,000]. Pay within this range is determined by location, experience, skills, and qualifications. A portion of this salary range may be structured as variable compensation, with earnings based on factors such as individual performance, company performance, and achievement of specific metrics and objectives. Total compensation also includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid Global Gratitude & Recharge Days, paid volunteer time off, and more.
