We’re a team of builders, operators, and optimizers committed to meaningful work done with focus, urgency, and heart.
We’re looking for a Director of Sales to lead and scale our team of Account Executives. This is not a “manage from the sidelines” role—it’s a high-impact, hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to turn potential into performance.
You’ll partner closely with senior leadership to evolve our go-to-market strategy and help shape the future of our revenue function. If you’re a coach at heart, a builder by nature, and driven to play to win, we’d love to talk.
What You’ll Own- Coach & Develop: Provide daily guidance, structure, and developmental support to a team of AEs. You Speak Truth with clarity and care—modeling direct, respectful communication that supports performance and growth.
- Build Accountability & Consistency: Implement proven sales processes, tools, and frameworks to drive structure, transparency, and alignment. You Take Ownership of both results and culture.
- Drive Performance: Lead the team to meet and exceed pipeline, forecast, and revenue targets. You Play to Win by setting the bar high and celebrating the behaviors that drive real progress.
- Lead Strategic Deals: Stay hands-on in the sales process—joining calls, reviewing decks, troubleshooting objections, and modeling a consultative, value focused approach. You Fight for Our Customers by keeping their needs at the center of the solution.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment across the funnel, share insights, and strengthen conversion. You Innovate with Purpose to ensure customer and business success.
- Build a Learning Culture: Establish a culture of reflection, feedback, and resilience. You are Fast and Fearless—comfortable making decisions, learning quickly, and adapting thoughtfully.
- A hands-on sales leader with experience helping AEs develop and implement a strong, consultative sales motion that builds trust, adds customer value, and gets results.
- A thoughtful coach who excels at supporting reps who are still learning how to win—able to break down the sales process into teachable moments, frameworks, and repeatable habits.
- Skilled at leading in dynamic, evolving environments. You bring a builder’s mentality and lead with clarity, curiosity, and steadiness—not just speed.
- Focused on metrics and business impact, but deeply invested in long-term people development and building a healthy, inclusive organizational culture.
- Grounded in consultative sales methodologies and experienced in SaaS sales environments.
- Based in Seattle or the San Francisco Bay Area.
- 6–10 years of SaaS sales experience, including 3+ years in a frontline sales leadership role.
- Proven success coaching quota-carrying AEs in startup or high-growth environments.
- A track record of building process, improving performance, and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent coaching, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience selling into HR or People functions is a strong plus.
We are looking to build a truly diverse, equitable, and inclusive team. We have a number of outstanding benefits to support that.
- We offer flexible schedules and unlimited time off. Take vacations to recharge and work the schedule that makes sense for you. We’re about long-term growth and success, so that means working sustainably.
