The Talzenna Consumer Marketing Lead is a critical role on the team, offering an experienced consumer marketer the opportunity to own all aspects of the Talzenna consumer marketing mix and be part of a mission-driven, innovative, and talented team of diverse colleagues. - Own Talzenna consumer strategy to drive business objectives, including positioning, patient journey, insights, market research, and media
- Oversee and develop Tazlenna's TP-3 consumer omnichannel plan, including leading creative development and messaging evolution
- Own the media strategy and plan across all channels. Refine targeting to reflect consumer segmentation and audience profiling
- Oversee performance metrics of patient activation activities and make recommendations to optimize real time
- Lead the Talzenna Ambassador program, recruiting patients to develop new and powerful content
- Lead multi-channel patient education and CRM efforts, including branded and unbranded platforms, ensuring that we fulfill the needs of our patients
- Partner with Corporate Affairs, Gov't Relations, and Advocacy to develop programs in support of Prostate Cancer patients
- Work with HCP Marketing team to ensure connectivity between HCP and consumer campaign/customer insights
- Oversee and manage agency partners and vendors to complete projects within approved budget and time frames
- Serve as Breast Cancer indication lead and manage ongoing updates to HCP and consumer assets
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience or MBA/Masters with 7+ years' experience required
