About the Role:

As the Director of Technology Partnerships at Symbl.ai, you will play a critical role in forging strategic alliances with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to drive the adoption and integration of our Conversation AI platform, including our new product, the Nebula LLM. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will lead efforts to establish and nurture partnerships that contribute to revenue growth and market expansion.

Joining Symbl.ai as the Director of Technology Partnerships presents a unique opportunity to shape the future of Conversation AI by leveraging strategic partnerships with ISVs. You will have the chance to drive revenue growth and market penetration through collaborative efforts with industry-leading technology companies.

Working as Director, Technology Partnerships, you will:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy focused on engaging and empowering ISVs to integrate Symbl.ai's Conversation AI platform into their software solutions.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key ISV partners, serving as the primary point of contact and advocate for Symbl.ai within partner organizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, marketing, and engineering, to identify partnership opportunities and align initiatives with business objectives.
  • Lead negotiations and contractual agreements with ISV partners, ensuring alignment of terms and conditions to achieve mutual success.
  • Drive joint marketing and go-to-market initiatives with ISV partners, leveraging co-marketing opportunities to increase awareness and adoption of Symbl.ai's products.
  • Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to executive leadership on the effectiveness and impact of partnership activities.

To excel in this role, you should:

  • Possess a minimum of 14 years of experience in software and/or SaaS leadership roles, with a focus on AI/ML technologies.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding quotas, driving revenue through direct and partner-influenced opportunities.
  • Have prior experience in partnering with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), with a strong understanding of partnership dynamics and ecosystem development.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and alignment across diverse stakeholders.
  • Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence decision-making at all levels.
  • Show strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering measurable business impact through partnership initiatives.

Please Note: Although we have focused centers in Seattle, WA there are no restrictions on where you can be located for this role - Symbl is fully remote.
