  •  Coordinate technical demonstrations, pilots, and evaluations with solutions engineering, product, and R&D teams
  •  Convert successful demos and pilot programs into funded opportunities and long-term deployments
  •  Develop and execute a comprehensive DoD engagement strategy aligned with portfolio priorities and revenue goals
  •  Represent Doodle Labs at industry events, conferences, range demonstrations, and acquisition community engagements
  •  Build strategic partnerships with integrators, OEMs, and defense ecosystem partners

What Success Looks Like

  •  Consistent conversion of demos and pilots into funded opportunities and long-term programs
  •  Increased visibility and credibility for Doodle Labs across defense acquisition communities
  •  Strong alignment across internal teams supporting capture, demonstrations, and program execution

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of experience in DoD business development, capture management, or government program engagement
  •  Experience working with defense technologies such as unmanned systems, C5ISR, EW, or tactical communications
  •  Strong network of relationships with program managers, evaluators, acquisition staff, and portfolio leadership
  •  Demonstrated success leading capture efforts across OTA, CSO, DIU, and FAR-based acquisition pathways
  •  Working knowledge of tactical communications, mesh networking, mission networking, or unmanned systems technologies
  •  Ability to coordinate effectively across engineering, product, marketing, and executive leadership teams
  •  Excellent communication and briefing skills with military and civilian stakeholders
  •  U.S. Citizen required for government contract eligibility
  •  SECRET clearance eligible; active clearance preferred
