• Perform commercial loan reviews to assess credit quality, risk ratings, compliance, and adherence to lending policies.
• Analyze borrower financial statements, cash flow, collateral, debt service coverage, and repayment capacity to evaluate credit risk.
• Identify portfolio trends, emerging risks, and credit weaknesses requiring management attention.
• Review loan files and credit documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Prepare risk assessments, loan review reports, and recommendations for management and regulatory review.
• Communicate findings, risk exposures, and portfolio insights to clients and engagement leadership.
• Provide advisory recommendations to strengthen credit administration, underwriting practices, and risk management processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update loan review systems to support audits, examinations, and engagement requirements.
• Manage multiple consulting engagements while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Supervise, coach, and review the work of consultants and junior team members.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and internal teams to obtain information and support engagement objectives.
• Perform portfolio analysis and identify trends affecting asset quality, concentration risk, and overall portfolio performance.
• Utilize financial analysis tools and Excel to support risk assessments, reporting, and decision-making.
