Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented Document Imaging Specialist to join our Digital Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting physical records into high-quality digital assets while maintaining strict production and quality standards.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Lead the document conversion process by expertly preparing, sorting, and scanning hardcopy records to deliver high-quality electronic images that meet client objectives.
Collaborate with the Imaging Center team to follow production procedures and maintain accurate internal documentation for seamless project tracking.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and Imaging Center guidelines to maintain a secure, clean, and regulatory-compliant work environment.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
1+ years of experience in document prep, scanning, or a fast-paced administrative environment.
Strong knowledge of PC operations and computer-related products to navigate imaging software efficiently.
Proven ability in maintaining high accuracy and detail while working at a sustained pace to meet production goals.
Ability to lift up to 10-15 lbs and complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Pay Rate: $18.75/hr – paid biweekly.
Schedule/Shifts: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.
Location: 711 Executive Blvd, Valley Cottage, NY 10989.
