The Drafter will create architectural and interior design drawings, manage design phases, and collaborate with clients and teams to ensure compliance and quality.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Drafter with extensive experience in AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, and SketchUp to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote working environment and is adept at both creating stunning high-end residential interiors and managing architectural projects with precision and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural and interior design drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion.
- Engage with clients to establish design objectives and requirements, ensuring alignment with luxury standards.
- Manage all phases of design and drafting from initial concept through to final completion.
- Utilize advanced modeling techniques to create innovative solutions for complex design challenges.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive space understanding.
- Source materials within project and budget parameters and supervise installation to meet design specifications.
- Address and resolve any client concerns post-installation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Drafter or similar role, with hands-on experience in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and interior design.
- B2+ level proficiency in English; ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong aesthetic sense with a proven ability to create visually stunning interiors.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
Desirable:
- Interior design certification and Lumion education.
- Experience with architectural firms located in Florida.
- Demonstrated expertise in Lumion with video samples of completed projects.
