Who We AreOur team of innovators and visionaries is passionate about pushing the envelope and taking bold risks that inspire people to realize their beautiful potential. With our HQ in Dania Beach and our offices in California and Ohio, we're constantly raising the bar and evolving to create a more diverse and cultivating work environment.

We develop our digital platforms and promote industry-leading products across online, mobile, social, and retail markets. Integra Beauty has created L'ange and OFIR- two leading consumer goods brands that are paving the way for unlimited brand incubation. Our team is at the forefront of emerging trends, and we are looking for like-minded individuals to continue growing our company.

About The RoleIntegra is searching for a high-ownership E-Commerce Marketing Manager to take end-to-end accountability for our digital storefront. In this role, you won't just coordinate launches- you will own sitewide campaign execution, ensuring every seasonal refresh, product launch, and promo mechanic goes live on time and without a hitch. You will lead a dedicated cross-functional pod of designers, copywriters, engineers, and analysts to build high-converting landing pages aligned with our paid media and lifecycle channels. From briefing creative teams and enforcing brand quality to setting up A/B test hypotheses and running pre-launch QA across mobile, discount logic, and analytics tracking, you are the final line of defense before anything launches to our customers. This is the ideal position for a detail oriented, conversion-focused DTC e-commerce professional who thrives on turning strategy into flawless execution.

Duties and Responsibilities

    • Own sitewide campaign execution. Deliver all scheduled site changes on time and to spec - seasonal refreshes, new product launches, sale events, promotional mechanics, and homepage/collection merchandising updates. You are accountable for readiness, not just coordination.

    • Build landing pages that support acquisition and retention. Partner with paid media, email/SMS, and lifecycle to produce landing pages that match the traffic source and the offer. Every page should have a stated hypothesis, a conversion goal, and a plan for measuring it.

    • Lead a cross-functional pod. Work day-to-day with engineers, analysts, designers, and copywriters. Run the recurring campaign meetings, keep stakeholders informed without being asked, and escalate risk to the calendar early.

    • Request, review, and approve site content. Write briefs designers and writers can act on. Hold the line on quality, brand voice, claims compliance, and conversion best practice before anything is published.

    • Run QA against the calendar. Own pre-launch testing - links, mobile rendering, promo and discount logic, page speed, tracking and event firing, cart and checkout paths. Nothing ships untested.

Qualifications

    • 3–5+ years in e-commerce site management, digital production, or growth marketing execution within a D2C or retail environment.
    • Proven track record of managing end-to-end sitewide campaign launches, new product rollouts, and promotional mechanics.
    • Experience leading cross-functional pods or working directly with engineers, UI/UX designers, copywriters, and data analysts.
      • Deep hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms.
      • Proficiency with landing page builders (Figma) and A/B testing/analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and others).
      • Solid understanding of URL parameters/UTMs, discount/promo logic, mobile responsiveness, pixel tracking/event firing, and page speed optimization.
        • Strong briefing and creative management skills- ability to translate marketing goals into actionable specs for designers and writers.
        • Excellent understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices, UX design, and claims compliance.
        • Analytical mindset with experience establishing landing page hypotheses, setting conversion KPIs, and evaluating post-launch performance.
          • Extreme attention to detail and a "nothing launches untested" mindset.
          • Exceptional project management and calendar discipline; proactive communicator who escalates risks early.
          • Relentless focus on customer experience and brand integrity.
            Preferred Qualifications
            • Hands-on experience building or tuning autonomous AI agents specifically for DTC e-commerce brands.

            • Proven leadership in Product Management, Technical Operations, or Digital Site Experience.

            • Understanding of beauty industry consumer queries (e.g., hair type diagnostics, ingredient compatibility, routine building).

Benefits

    • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance

    • 401k plan

    • Additional Opt-In Insurances

    • Vacation + Sick Time Pay

    • L'ange Hair Product Stipend- a quarterly stipend to help you refresh your favorite L'ange products and also try new products!

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
