Challengers collaborate with one another to define the current state, ideal state and best next steps.
Challengers thrive in creative conflict, knowing that debating ideas in a respectful space can only lead to growth and full potential.
Challengers are committed to themselves, each other, and our partners. They prepare and persist to overcome challenges and when a problem arises, they transparently communicate the situation and clean up the mess.
