Quantiphi is looking for a channel sales leader to help build and scale our co-sell motion with OpenAI, Anthropic, and LangChain. You will develop relationships with Partner Account Executives and Sales Leaders, uncover customer demand, and bring together the right Quantiphi GTM team to win the deal. You should combine a hunter’s instinct for opening doors with the patience and discipline to build relationships that generate repeat business. You will be supported by a Solutions Architect who leads technical discovery, solution design, and technical validation. You will own partner engagement, opportunity development, pursuit coordination, and commercial momentum.

Key Responsibilities:

Build relationships with partner sellers

  • Establish productive relationships with account executives, sales managers, solutions engineers, and alliance teams at priority partners.
  • Understand their territories, account priorities, sales objectives, and customer challenges.
  • Earn their confidence by bringing relevant opportunities, differentiated expertise, responsive support, and dependable execution.
  • Develop advocates within partner sales teams who repeatedly bring Quantiphi into customer pursuits.

Hunt for joint opportunities

  • Proactively map accounts, secure introductions, and identify opportunities across partner and Quantiphi customer portfolios.
  • Create opportunities through targeted outreach, account intelligence, partner referrals, and direct customer engagement.
  • Identify where customers need implementation expertise, domain knowledge, or delivery capacity to adopt and expand AI products.
  • Qualify the business problem, customer sponsor, urgency, funding path, and services opportunity.

Mobilize the team and drive deals to closure

  • Bring together Quantiphi account executives, the supporting Solutions Architect, industry specialists, delivery leaders, and partner teams around a clear pursuit strategy.
  • Coordinate discovery sessions, demonstrations, proposals, statements of work, and commercial discussions.
  • Establish mutual action plans with clear responsibilities, milestones, and next steps.
  • Maintain momentum through persistent follow-up, timely escalation, and effective stakeholder management.
  • Work with account and delivery teams to identify expansion opportunities after the initial engagement.

Run a disciplined co-sell motion

  • Lead joint account planning, pipeline reviews, and opportunity reviews with partner sales teams.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity records, forecasts, attribution, and follow-up actions.
  • Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, services bookings, conversion, and expansion.
  • Turn successful pursuits into repeatable sales plays, customer references, and stronger partner relationships.

Understand and communicate our differentiation

  • Develop a practical understanding of the products and enterprise value propositions of OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, and the broader AI ecosystem.
  • Work with the Solutions Architect to connect customer needs with Quantiphi’s capabilities in AI applications, agent workflows, evaluations, observability, integration, and production deployment.
  • Explain why a partner seller should choose Quantiphi for a specific account or customer problem.
  • Understand how hands-on deployment support helps customers move from experimentation to production, and translate that need into a commercially sound services engagement.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, business development, or alliances, including 5+ years in partner sales or alliance roles at a services firm, systems integrator, consultancy, or technology provider.
  • A proven record in enterprise sales, partner sales, or alliances, with personal ownership of opportunity creation and revenue outcomes.
  • Direct experience co-selling with vendor account executives, including account mapping, joint discovery, pursuit planning, and commercial closure.
  • Recent experience selling AI implementation, agent development, AI platforms, or related technical services, with examples of customers progressing beyond demonstrations into production.
  • Experience building relationships across both partner leadership and field sales organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to originate opportunities, navigate complex accounts, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams through a sales cycle.
  • Strong follow-through: organized account plans, clear communication, reliable commitments, and persistent pursuit of next steps.
  • Commercial judgment around services scope, presales investment, procurement, and delivery handoffs.
  • Curiosity and sufficient technical fluency to engage credibly with AI sellers and customers while working closely with a Solutions Architect.

Relevant Partner Experience: We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked directly with the sales or partnership teams at OpenAI, Anthropic, or LangChain, either within those companies or while representing a consulting, implementation, or technology partner. Relevant experience may also include co-selling production AI solutions with Microsoft’s Azure AI teams, AWS’s Bedrock and AI/ML teams, Google Cloud’s AI teams, Databricks, or other enterprise AI software providers. Candidates from these ecosystems should demonstrate specific AI customer wins, their personal contribution to the pursuit, and the relationships they built with vendor sellers. Experience in cloud migration, data modernization, or application modernization should be complemented by a clear record of AI solution selling and deployment-led growth.

  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
