What this role is all about
The Account Executive is an individual contributor role in regional structure with direct reporting line towards the Squad Lead. The main goal for this role is to identify new business opportunities and leads with prospective new key clients which are provided against a focus target list. This is a hunter role requiring prospecting and lead generation required, as well as following up on new inbound leads, all resulting in new sales opportunities and the eventual closed won deals.

You will be responsible for keeping the CRM system up to date with the information on the progress with each prospect or the client. Account Executives should work closely with relevant stakeholders internally to ensure acquisition of new business and logos - info

What you'll do

  • Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a customers base (provided target account list) in designated geographical territory (Tier 1 (B) in region).

  • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.

  • eManage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.

  • Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition.

  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.

  • Support end-to-end client relationship for the first 12 rolling months (including NRR, cross-sell, upsell & acquisitions).

  • Maintain a mature approach to account acquisitions for the duration of first 12 months following the service acquisition.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted partner to your clients maintain account health

  • As a Leading contributor individually and as a team member, provide direction and mentoring to others.

  • Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization

Additional Information

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 USD annual base salary (the salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience, education, and skillset). This role is also eligible for quarterly discretionary bonus.
