About the roleWe are looking for an Email Marketing Growth Manager to help grow our reverse lookup products through structured experimentation in email marketing.
This role is focused on one core objective: maximizing the business impact of email as a growth channel.
You will be responsible for designing, prioritizing, and analyzing A/B tests across the email funnel — from pre-purchase conversion to post-purchase activation and retention. You will work closely with the Email Team and Growth Team to turn insights into experiments that improve performance.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to use testing, messaging, user behavior analysis, and market research to increase conversion volume and improve retention.

Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the experimentation roadmap for email marketing growth
Run A/B tests across:
subject lines
preview text
email body copy
calls to action
content structure
offer presentation
lifecycle messaging
Develop and prioritize experiments across two key areas:
Pre-purchase experiments focused on maximizing conversion volume from email
Post-purchase experiments focused on improving user activation, retention, and re-engagement
Analyze email performance and user behavior to identify growth opportunities and friction points
Write clear testing hypotheses and propose strong copy variations for experiments
Partner with the Email Team on the implementation of tests and campaign changes
Measure experiment results, identify winners and losers, and define next steps
Do the daily reporting of the Email experiment in the growth Slack channel
Control the monetary impact of every experiment on the company top line
Maintain a clear backlog of email growth experiments and document learnings
Perform ongoing market and competitor research to generate new hypotheses and experiment ideas
Work with data and product stakeholders to ensure experiments are tied to measurable business outcomes
At least 3 years of experience in email marketing
At least 2 years of experience in growth and A/B test execution
Strong hands-on experience with experimentation in email or lifecycle marketing
Ability to generate testing ideas that improve conversion, activation, and retention
Strong copy instincts for writing and refining:
subject lines
CTAs
email messaging
lifecycle content
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data
Experience with tools such as Mixpanel, Customer.io or similar platforms
Ability to work cross-functionally with email, growth, product, and analytics teams
Strong organization and clear communication
Fluent English
