The expected salary range for this position is $59,000 - $99,300 . This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on email best practices and execution strategy across B2B, B2C and B2B2C audiences, aligned with business priorities and customer journeys
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable, data-driven campaign plans
- Evolve campaign playbooks to incorporate personalization, segmentation, AI-driven optimization, and omnichannel integration (email, SMS, push, etc.)
Campaign Execution & Operations
- Lead intake, prioritization, and roadmap management of all email and marketing automation requests
- Project manage campaign execution from concept through deployment, QA, and post-launch optimization
- Oversee offshore teams thatbuild and deploy campaigns using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Ensure campaigns adhere to brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and regulatory/compliance requirements (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR where applicable)
Personalization & Customer Experience
- Leverage customer data, behavioral insights, and segmentation to deliver personalized, relevant messaging
- Partner with activation, data, design and customer experience teams to activate audience strategies and improve targeting precision
- Optimize customer journeys across lifecycle stages (acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention)
Performance & Analytics
- Define success metrics and KPIs (deliverability, engagement, conversion, revenue impact)
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights to improve results
- Collaborate with data partners to develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to communicate results to stakeholders
- Continuously test and optimize (A/B and multivariate testing, subject lines, content, send times, etc.)
Technology & Governance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure email campaigns adhere to data hygiene best pratices , segmentation standards, and integration with CRM/CDP systems
- Monitor deliverability and sender reputation; partner with IT and vendors to resolve issues
- Maintain and optimize templates, dynamic content modules, and automation workflows
- Stay current on emerging martech capabilities (AI, predictive analytics, personalization engines)
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with activation, brand, product, data, technology, and global teams
- Serve as a subject matter expert on email and lifecycle marketing best practices
- Drive alignment between global and regional teams, sharing insights and scaling successful programs
Leadership & Enablement
- Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and training on campaign best practices and platform capabilities
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a high-performing marketing operations function
- Foster a test-and-learn culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- 4-7+ years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing
- Proven experience managing and optimizing multi-channel, data-driven campaigns
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Adobe Campaign Manager, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with CRM/CDP systems and customer segmentation strategies
- Experience in the financial services industry a plus
