Email Marketing Specialist

Salary: $1,000 – $1,200

About the Role
Our client is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist with strong technical expertise in domain warm-up, email deliverability, CRM integration, and high-volume email sending. This role will manage the company's email infrastructure and campaigns using GoHighLevel (GHL), ensuring emails are delivered reliably and campaigns are executed effectively at scale.

The primary goal of this role is to build and maintain a scalable, reliable, and high-performing email infrastructure that allows the company to safely send email at volume, maintain strong deliverability, integrate seamlessly with the CRM, and consistently execute effective marketing campaigns through GHL.

Core Responsibilities
Email Infrastructure & Deliverability

  • Manage and execute domain and email warm-up strategies to establish and maintain strong sender reputation

  • Configure and monitor email authentication, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC

  • Manage high-volume email sending while maintaining strong deliverability and sender reputation

  • Monitor bounce rates, spam complaints, engagement, deliverability, and other key email metrics

  • Troubleshoot deliverability, authentication, CRM, and campaign-related issues independently

Campaign Management & CRM

  • Set up and manage GoHighLevel (GHL) email campaigns, workflows, automations, and sequences

  • Integrate and maintain CRM data to ensure accurate contact management, segmentation, and campaign targeting

  • Manage email lists, segmentation, suppression lists, and engagement-based targeting

Optimization & Reporting

  • Test and optimize campaigns, including subject lines, content, sending schedules, and audience segments

  • Provide regular performance reporting and recommendations for improving campaign results

Candidate Qualifications
Must-Haves

  • Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist, Email Deliverability Specialist, or similar role

  • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) and CRM/email automation platforms

  • Strong understanding of domain and mailbox warm-up and sender reputation management

  • Demonstrated experience with high-volume email sending and deliverability optimization

  • Strong knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, SMTP, and email authentication

  • Experience integrating email platforms with CRMs and marketing automation systems

  • Ability to troubleshoot technical email delivery and campaign issues independently

  • Strong understanding of email marketing metrics and campaign optimization

  • Experience with email list hygiene, segmentation, and compliance best practices

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing email operations at scale
