What You Can Expect

This Product Enablement role will support our Zoom Customer Experience (ZCX), including Zoom Virtual Agent (ZVA). You will support our Revenue team by working with our ZCX Sales and GTM team, product marketing, platform acceleration, and other cross-functional teams. You will assess the product roadmap, create and execute enablement plans and programs, and deliver impactful enablement across roles and partners.

About the Team

Zoom’s Global Enablement GTM team enables revenue teams to drive business growth through knowledge and skills development. Our team collaborates across product, marketing, and sales to deliver impactful enablement. We exist to help our sellers succeed and customers thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Building and executing enablement roadmaps for Contact Center and Virtual Agent products in partnership with sales, product marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders

  • leading and being accountable for the development, adoption and ongoing success of programs, content and tools that build product knowledge of ZCC, ZVA and corresponding products.

  • working with the regional and segment enablement managers to curate the product enablement strategy; and deliver sessions in person and virtually

  • defining the appropriate mix of enablement content, programs, resources and assets to build learning journeys to live on our learning platform

  • actively track business impact, assess capability gaps and adjust accordingly

  • Applying sales methodologies such as Value Selling and MEDDPICC to enablement design

What We're Looking For

  • Have 5+ years of experience in Contact Center, Contact Center as a Service, Customer Experience, or related fields

  • Demonstrate 3+ years in enablement, product marketing, or similar revenue-facing roles

  • Build and manage relationships effectively with partners, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders

  • Present and communicate clearly to lead projects, deliver programs, and drive initiatives forward

  • Work with enablement tools including learning management systems, content management platforms, and CRM systems

  • have experience with enablement and sales tools including program management, content management and learning management systems, sales process (CRM), sales messaging, and sales methodology (Value Selling + MEDDPICC)

  • Travel up to 20% of the time for in-person enablement delivery and team collaboration

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$97,600.00

Maximum:

$225,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
