The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Airplane Integration Office is seeking a Sustainment Integration K-Level Manager to provide strategic leadership for sustainment integration across P-8 customer support activities worldwide. This leadership role will partner with BDS and BGS Program Management, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and Engineering Capabilities to drive sustainment integration efforts. This position will be 100% onsite.
As a Sustainment Integration K-Level Manager, you will guide the BDS Augmented FST, oversee FMS sustainment engineering execution, and lead integration activities supporting BGS P-8 development contracts. You will serve as a key connector across engineering, program management, and customer stakeholders to ensure alignment, execution, and mission success.
Position Responsibilities:• Lead P-8 engineering support for international customer sustainment activities.• Represent BDS P-8 Engineering in customer engagements and stakeholder meetings.• Serve as the primary BDS Engineering integration focal for BGS P-8 sustainment development contracts, including estimating and execution support.• Lead engineering export coordination for ICP/TAA delegation and review.• Establish and maintain the operating rhythm for BGS development project support and execution.• Facilitate BDS/BGS engineering tag-up meetings to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely decision-making.• Review and approve technical exports, support export plan development, and ensure compliance with U.S. export laws and policy.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance post-start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry
• Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership."
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• 3+ years of experience leading people, projects, or teams.• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15% of the time.• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, change management, project management, influencing without authority, and consultation skills.• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing and verbally, including one-on-one, in small groups, and to large audiences.• Experience with the P-8A aircraft.• Experience presenting technical content to Boeing and customer leadership.• Strong project management skills.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $151,300-$204,700
