About Us:

Founded by former Google search engineers with PhDs in AI from ETH Zurich, DeepJudge helps legal teams unlock and apply the knowledge inside their organizations through world-class enterprise search and AI infrastructure – enabling them to automate workflows, build knowledge-powered applications, and turn institutional knowledge into a lasting advantage.

Every organization can license the same AI models, but no two organizations share the same institutional knowledge. Decades of experience, work product, and precedent are often fragmented across systems, underused, and inaccessible. DeepJudge makes this expertise instantly available and actionable – helping legal teams find the right information faster, surface relevant knowledge, and apply it where it matters most.

Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading law firms and legal teams, including Holland & Knight, Gunderson Dettmer, Cozen O’Connor, ArentFox Schiff, CMS Switzerland, Schoenherr, and others.

Headquartered in Switzerland with a growing team across North America and Europe, DeepJudge is shaping the future of how professional knowledge is discovered and applied.

At DeepJudge, we move with urgency, think rigorously, and work closely with our clients to build products that solve meaningful problems. If you want to help define how AI transforms professional knowledge work, we’d love to hear from you.

⚖️About the role

Every Fortune 500 legal department is sitting on a gold mine: years of contracts, memos, negotiations and hard-won judgment, scattered across systems nobody can search. General Counsel are being asked to do more with less, and they know the answer is somewhere in their own files. They just can’t get to it.

That’s where you come in. As an Enterprise Account Director focused on Corporate Legal, you’ll bring DeepJudge to the in-house legal teams of Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies. You’ll show them what happens when every lawyer can draw on everything the company has ever learned, instantly. You’ll own the full cycle, from first conversation to signed contract to the expansion that follows. You’ll also help define what AI-powered legal knowledge looks like inside the world’s largest companies.

⚖️What we’re looking for

  • A proven enterprise closer. You have 5+ years selling complex B2B SaaS (knowledge management, enterprise search, AI, or risk and compliance) into Fortune 500 companies, and you’ve won deals that took real patience and strategy. If you’ve sold to in-house legal teams, great. If not, we’ll teach you the room.

  • Someone at home in the C-suite maze. The GC wants better outcomes, the CIO wants security and integration, Procurement wants a reason to say yes. You know how to bring all three along together.

  • A translator, not a feature-reader. You can take “semantic search across 20 years of work product” and turn it into a business case a General Counsel can take to the CFO.

  • A seller people trust. You’re consultative, value-driven and honest, even when honesty means “we’re not the right fit yet.” Our customers buy from us again because we never oversell.

  • A self-starter who does well remotely. You’re US-based (East Coast preferred) and comfortable building your own momentum without an office around you.

⚖️What you can look forward to

  • Opening a new market. Corporate Legal is a major growth frontier for us. You won’t be inheriting a patch; you’ll be writing the playbook, defining the use cases and landing logos that shape how we sell for years.

  • A product that sells itself in the demo. Lawyers who see their firm’s own knowledge appear in seconds tend to react quickly. You’ll bring proven technology, already trusted by firms like Freshfields and Holland & Knight, into the world’s largest companies.

  • Room to grow fast. We’re hiring multiple Account Directors as we scale. Strong early performers will help shape the team that comes after them.

Compensation is determined based on role level, location, skills, and experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The expected compensation range is $240,00 - $300,000 OTE plus an additional equity grant. Eligible employees may also receive incentives and benefits as part of the total compensation package. This position is open to candidates who are legally authorized to work in the United States

At DeepJudge, we believe great teams are built on diverse perspectives and experiences. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can thrive. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

If this role excites you, but you feel you don’t meet every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway and tell us why you’d be a great fit.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
