This is an individual contributor role for a proactive hunter who takes ownership of generating new opportunities, building enough qualified pipeline to achieve quota, and managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through negotiation and close.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory and account plan that supports pipeline, bookings, and revenue goals.
• Generate qualified enterprise opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, strategic partnerships, and industry events.
• Build and maintain enough pipeline to consistently achieve individual bookings and revenue targets.
• Identify and engage decision-makers within high-value regional and national accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Sell energy management, IoT, SaaS, and intelligent facilities solutions to businesses with multiple locations.
• Identify opportunities to introduce Ecotrak’s CMMS platform and related solutions based on customers’ operational needs.
• Build relationships with executives and leaders in facilities, operations, procurement, finance, energy management, and sustainability.
• Develop business cases focused on energy savings, operational efficiency, equipment performance, and return on investment.
• Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Partner with sales engineering, product, implementation, and customer success teams throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate and timely opportunity, activity, pipeline, and forecasting information in the CRM.
• Evaluate pipeline health, identify coverage gaps, and adjust prospecting strategies accordingly.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual pipeline generation, bookings, and revenue targets.
• Travel as needed for customer meetings, site visits, conferences, and industry events.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience selling enterprise SaaS, IoT, managed services, or other complex technology solutions.
• Demonstrated success independently generating qualified pipeline and closing new enterprise business.
• Proven ability to develop target account strategies and create opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience selling recurring revenue solutions to regional or national accounts, preferably businesses with distributed locations.
• Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to develop business cases based on return on investment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, accountable, resilient, and comfortable working in a results-driven growth environment.
• Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or a similar CRM to manage pipeline and forecasting.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams across the business.

• Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
• Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
• 401(k) with a 4% company match.
• Unlimited PTO and 12 paid holidays.
• Team events, and company swag.
• An opportunity to help grow Entouch’s enterprise customer base and shape how we bring Entouch and Ecotrak solutions to market.

Compensation

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
