We help teams build production-ready applications faster, and our enterprise customers are tackling some of the most exciting projects on the platform. As an Enterprise Customer Success Engineer, you’ll work closely with these customers to solve technical challenges, guide best practices, and help them launch successful apps.
This is a remote role based in North America where you’ll be part technical expert, part problem-solver, and part coach–ensuring our customers get the most out of FlutterFlow & Dreamflow.
What You Will Work On
You’ll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customers—working on high-impact projects that influence how FlutterFlow & Dreamflow evolve. This role offers a rare mix of hands-on technical problem-solving, customer partnership, and platform influence. You’ll see how teams build in the real world, help unblock meaningful launches, and directly feed insights back into the product roadmap.
If you enjoy solving messy problems, working on varied architectures, and helping others succeed with powerful tools, this role gives you both ownership and visibility.
Partner with enterprise customers to understand their goals and guide them from onboarding through adoption.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, finding solutions that keep projects moving.
Lead engaging workshops, training sessions, and technical deep dives.
Advise on architecture, integrations, and feature use to maximize customer success.
Build and maintain documentation & tools so customers can self-serve effectively.
Share insights and feedback with product and engineering to improve the platform.
Who You Are
You have at least 5 years of experience in a technical role, and have experience with what it takes to deliver real-world solutions.
You’ve built and shipped a project on FlutterFlow (or can show deep knowledge of its features) and are fluent in Flutter and Dart.
You’ve built and published apps for Android, iOS, or web and are comfortable integrating them with major cloud providers such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
You work well with global teams and can adapt to different working styles.
You’re confident in your ability to lead both virtual and in-person customer enablement, and solution design workshops.
You’re open to traveling 2-4 times a year for customer engagements and team summits.

Degree in Computer Science or related field.
