Who we Are?

Intersection is an experience-driven Out of Home media and technology company that delivers programming, consumer amenities, and advertising to cities. From free internet access to way-finding to real-time information, our products make city life easier and more sustainable. We further enrich cities with experiential programming that inspires and engages people throughout their day. With valuable, diverse audiences in America’s top cities, we provide innovative, data-driven solutions for brands to reach urbanites at scale.

What is the Role?

The biggest retail and commerce media networks in the US already trust us. So do leading independent managed-service operators. The integrations are live, and money is already flowing. What's missing is scale. That's where you come in.

These networks sell full plans to the country's largest advertisers: onsite, offsite, CTV, social, and in-store. You'll make Intersection an obvious, proven part of those plans. You'll build joint plans with the top 25 networks, give their sellers a story that wins, and turn live pipes into bigger flights.

No cold calling. No integration builds. No chasing logos. Just a direct line to some of the most important buyers in the market, and a team that shares one number with you.

What you will accomplish:

Within your first month, you will:

  • Meet every assigned partner at least once and understand what they spend, how they buy, who sells internally, and who decides the next dollar
  • Build the partner roster: document spend today versus what the live integration can support
  • Identify whitespace in accounts already live—missing packages, categories or seasons they sell where we're not in the plan
  • Catch potential problems at the pitch stage, not after the flight

Within your first 3-6 months, you will:

  • Write joint plans with accounts that can move this year
  • Get at least one new or expanded package into market, or far enough along that the next flight is dated
  • Grow accounts already spending by expanding screens, markets, and advertiser placements
  • Run business reviews partners can take inside their own company
  • Finish with a ranked list of real opportunities and named next steps on every account

You're a great fit for this role because:

  • You have time inside packaged demand—you've worked at a retail or commerce media network, managed-service desk, or similar team that sells media to advertisers as a product
  • You have an omnichannel view and understand how full plans come together across onsite, offsite, CTV, social, in-store, and programmatic
  • You've had a seat at the table when the next flight or quarterly budget was decided, and you influenced the outcome—not just trafficked it afterward
  • You've proven you can grow a partner through a joint plan, a package a seller actually used, or a business review that changed next quarter's spend
  • You take commercial ownership—ops unblocks you, it doesn't replace you
  • You'd rather know 25 partners cold than have 100 logos on a slide
  • You enjoy winning as a team and are happy to share a number

Bonus Skills (not required):

  • Five or more years in partnerships, business development, publisher development, or programmatic sales
  • Named relationships at top US retail media networks or managed-service operators
  • A package you built that a partner's sellers put in front of clients

Total Compensation Range: $140,000 - 200,000

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
