Summary:

We’re looking for an Enterprise Sales Solution Architect in the North-East US Region to join our growing Enterprise Sales team. In this role, you’ll be a key technical advisor during the sales process, delivering high-impact product demos and proof-of-concepts to large law firms using our adaptive work management platform. You’ll collaborate across teams to design tailored solutions that solve real problems and exceed client expectations.
ShareDo, now part of Clio—the global leader in legal technology—is a cutting-edge adaptive work management platform designed for mid-to-large law firms. Our mission is to help firms streamline complex legal processes, increase profitability, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

What Your Team Does

As an Enterprise Sales Solution Architect at Clio, you will be a cornerstone of our sales process,  delivering detailed technical demonstrations and crafting tailored proof-of-concepts (POCs) to  show how ShareDo meets the unique requirements of our enterprise clients. You will be a trusted  advisor to prospects, engaging with IT Teams, Business Teams and senior decision-makers,  while collaborating closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure our solutions  exceed expectations.  As we grow, there will be opportunities to build and lead a team of pre-sales professionals, so  leadership potential and a desire to shape the future of this function are key to this role.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver engaging, tailored product demos and proof-of-concepts that showcase how ShareDo solves specific client challenges

  • Analyze complex business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency

  • Translate client needs into scalable, practical solutions using ShareDo’s platform capabilities

  • Collaborate closely with sales to develop solution strategies that resonate with stakeholders and help close high-value deals

  • Act as a technical lead during discovery sessions, workshops, evaluations, and proposal presentations

  • Support smooth transitions from sales to implementation, providing clear documentation and project context

  • Stay informed on legal tech trends, SaaS innovations, and workflow automation to position ShareDo effectively and competitively

What You Bring
  • 5+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting, or business analysis within a SaaS or enterprise software environment

  • Proven experience designing and delivering demos and POCs that reflect real-world enterprise use cases

  • Deep understanding of process automation, integration patterns, and business workflow design

  • Experience in legal tech, case/matter management, or adjacent B2B industries is highly beneficial

  • Outstanding communication skills—you can distill complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive narratives for any audience

  • Skilled at engaging with IT stakeholders, business users, and executive decision-makers throughout long sales cycles

  • Collaborative, proactive, and energized by the opportunity to work cross-functionally across sales, product, and implementation teams

  • Leadership potential with a desire to shape and grow a high-performing pre-sales function as we scale

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% for in-person meetings, presentations, and relationship-building across the East Coast

But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
