Responsibilities include delivering presentations, managing technical evaluations, and collaborating with Customer Success.
Company Overview
Regrello is a four year-old, fast growing technology company that is disrupting the manufacturing and supply chain space. Founded by industry veterans, including former executives from Oracle, Salesforce, NetSuite, Palantir, Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, and McKinsey. We are backed by premier investors such as Andreessen Horowitz, Tiger Global, Mubadala, Bloomberg, and Ram Shriram, the first investor in Google.
The Venture
In late 2020, Regrello embarked on a mission to transform the global manufacturing industry, which is hindered by inefficient and outdated processes.. Regrello’s Intelligent Supply Chain Manager replaces >80% of non-value added human work with AI-powered solutions. Free from email and spreadsheet work, our customers are free to build deeper supplier relationships, experiment and innovate for growth.
Culture and Compensation
Regrello nurtures a customer-centric, product-driven environment, supporting a flexible, hybrid/remote work setup from our bases in the US and Mexico. We aim to attract the best talent in the industry by offering competitive compensation packages, including equity options and comprehensive health benefits.
The Problem We Solve
Regrello has proven it dramatically accelerates the execution of manufacturing operations at scale. Regrello automates >80% of manual work, recapturing time and driving down costs, and can be implemented in days without armies of consultants or large internal IT efforts.
You
You are exceptional at helping both executives and frontline users imagine a better way of working. You think in systems, not just features, and you are wired to solve complex operational problems with elegant process design. You do not need to write code, but you are fluent in how modern platforms, integrations, and data flows work. You thrive on translating business needs into smart, scalable solutions. Customers trust you because you listen deeply, think clearly, and show, not just tell, how technology can unlock value. You are energized by using AI-first technology like Regrello to rapidly model and orchestrate supply chain and operations processes. And you are excited to leverage AI, especially through prompt engineering, to ensure reliable, repeatable results across complex workflows.
We are looking for someone who has
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related)
- 3+ years of experience in process consulting, supply chain, industrial engineering, or product management for operational software
- Proven ability to design or reimagine complex business workflows—ideally using no-code or automation tools
- Experience working cross-functionally in a go-to-market environment and comfort collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Business leaders to drive adoption
- Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with executives and operations leaders alike
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, especially in live demos
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and prompt engineering for business use cases
- Comfortable thinking in terms of APIs, integrations, and data flows (coding not required, but technical literacy is important)
- Curious, pragmatic, systems thinker who gets excited about transforming how work gets done
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer workshops (domestic and international)
What you will do
- Become an expert in Regrello’s AI platform—designing, orchestrating, and optimizing digital operations across supply chain and manufacturing workflows
- Translate customer requirements into highly usable, efficient business process designs that deliver real-world outcomes
- Deliver live demos and solution walkthroughs that captivate executive and technical audiences alike
- Lead discovery sessions and workshops to uncover operational pain points and envision transformed workflows
- Design and run Proofs of Concept to demonstrate feasibility, ROI, and business value
- Strategize with customers on how to embed automation and AI into their operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Regrello’s General Managers, Sales, and Marketing teams as part of our go-to-market motion—helping shape messaging, target the right use cases, and grow adoption
- Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering based on customer needs and usage patterns
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure a smooth pre to post-sale transition and long-term customer success
What you will get
- Opportunity to work on the front lines of change, disrupting old, incrementally improving approaches with new, paradigm-shifting AI technologies
- Ability to influence leaders across industries to drive the adoption of AI-first technology in the industry
- Opportunity to work with and learn from a world-class team of manufacturing, supply chain, AI, and SaaS experts
- Industry-leading compensation with equity in the company
- Excellent healthcare benefits including 100% coverage for individuals & families - health, dental, life insurance, and vision
- Flexible remote work from anywhere in the continental US
- Regular "on-sites" with the entire company to bring us closer together
