Design, configure and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions including case management, portals, integrations, workflows, forms, reports, ACLs, and monitoring. Role Overview:
As a ServiceNow HRSD Architect, you will play a crucial role in supporting HR ServiceNow case management , services and COE implementation as part of the employee experience. Collaborating with ServiceNow HR product owners, HR business users, and IT applications teams, you’ll contribute to delivering seamless global employee experience. Your responsibilities will include implementing solutions that ensure security, integrity, scalability, and consistency of critical user data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience with SN HRSD design, architecture, and implementations with a fair understanding of ServiceNow HRSD model, plugins, and accelerators.
- Hands-on development experience on HRSD platform
- Design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, reports, dashboards, and business rules.
- Configuring HRSD portals.
- Experience in multiple ServiceNow implementations
- Lead the configuration of ServiceNow instances.
- HR Case Management Implementation: Configuring and enhancing HR ServiceNow case management processes to improve employee experience.
- Collaboration: Partner with ServiceNow HR product owners, HR business users, and IT applications teams to deliver global employee experience solutions.
- Data Integration: Development and support of ServiceNow HR applications and integrations with third-party tools/applications
- Workflow Development: Develop and modify ServiceNow workflows/flows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, record producers, catalog items, Agent workspace and tables.
- Web Services Integration: Experience with web services integration (REST, SOAP, WSDL).
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor health, usage, and compliance of ServiceNow. Creating reports and dashboards.
- Problem-Solving: Solve complex problems in a dynamic and agile environment.
- Strong experience in ACLs , integrations and HR COEs
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong in scripting, problem-solving, debugging, and testing skills.
- Well versed with creating Technical design documents, conducting POC, Code Reviews in line with best practices, strong client communication skills
- Must be CSA Certified and possess knowledge of Employee Center portals.
- Must have CIS-HR Certification.
- Knowledge of HR related processes like Employee onboarding, background checks, candidate promotions.
- Following best practices of ServiceNow.
