Responsibilities
- Book and secure events and shows for every weekend within your territory
- Plan, coordinate, and execute event schedules for you and your team
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of Event Demonstrators
- Ensure booths are safely set up, staffed, and taken down at every event
- Generate leads that translate into sales and measurable profit
- Maintain inventory, track productivity, labor, and budgets weekly
- Set clear goals for each event, week, and month, and ensure they are achieved
- Maintain open, regular, and timely communication with leadership and other departments
- Actively work events, engage with potential customers, and demonstrate Bath Planet products
- Proven team management and leadership experience
- Customer service or B2C marketing experience
- Recruiting & hiring experience
- Outgoing personality: must enjoy talking with new people and engaging customers
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to stand for extended periods at events
- Basic computer literacy for administrative tasks and reporting
- Must be available to work every weekend
- Promotional marketing experience at trade shows or events a big plus
- Flexible work environment
