We are looking for a Pre-Sales Insights Analyst at EverHealth. EverHealth is simplifying the business of healthcare through simplified, user-centric software which streamlines the daily operations of healthcare practices. The right software can be critical to the health of a practice, and that’s why we’ve created an integrated ecosystem of intuitive, easy to use products that work with how providers run and grow their business.

The Pre-Sales Insights Analyst is a key member of EverHealth's Revenue Analytics & Insights team, responsible for owning analytics across the pre-sales funnel from lead through closed-won. Reporting to the Revenue Analytics & Insights Manager, this role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to improve funnel performance, pipeline quality, and go-to-market decision-making.

Supporting four EverHealth product lines (DrChrono, CMD, Updox, and iSalus), the analyst will build scalable reporting and insights around funnel conversion, ICP segmentation, win/loss analysis, and pipeline health. This role transforms fragmented sales data into actionable insights that help leadership identify the best customer segments, improve conversion rates, increase forecast accuracy, and optimize GTM strategy.

 Responsibilities

  • Own the analytical view of the pre-sale funnel from lead through closed-won.

  • Build and maintain funnel conversion reporting (Lead → MQL → SAL → SQL → Closed-Won).

  • Identify conversion gaps by product, segment, channel, and rep cohort.

  • Develop and maintain pipeline quality scoring based on fit, engagement, deal age, and stage velocity.

  • Analyze pipeline velocity and identify stall points.

  • Measure inbound and outbound lead quality by source, channel, and campaign.

  • Analyze SDR conversion rates and identify top-performer patterns.

  • Analyze AE performance, pipeline coverage, velocity, and closed-won rates.

  • Perform closed-lost analysis by stage, reason, segment, and competitor.

  • Build and maintain the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) framework.

  • Support ICP scoring models and refine lead scoring criteria.

  • Analyze segment performance, win rates, ACV, sales cycle, CAC, and time-to-value.

  • Build cohort analysis across products, segments, channels, and acquisition periods.

  • Support TAM and addressable market analysis using enrichment data.

  • Track ICP deviations and identify off-ICP win/loss trends.

  • Own the win/loss analysis program, including methodology, reporting, and competitive intelligence.

  • Produce recurring win/loss reports and actionable insights for Sales and Product leadership.

  • Support GTM planning with funnel benchmarks, quota attainment, capacity modeling, and productivity analysis.

  • Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate analytics, reporting, and build reusable prompt libraries.

  • Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for funnel, pipeline quality, quota attainment, and self-service analytics.

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • 2+ years in Sales Analytics, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, or GTM Analytics with ownership of recurring reporting and analytical deliverables.

  • Strong Salesforce reporting and dashboard experience with knowledge of the SFDC data model and data quality management.

  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, formulas, data modeling).

  • Experience building funnel, conversion, and pipeline analytics, including stage conversion and drop-off analysis.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business questions into actionable insights.

  • Comfortable working with imperfect data and driving continuous improvements.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting insights to business leaders.

  • Experience using AI/LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve analytics and reporting workflows.

Preferred

  • Experience with ICP analysis, pipeline quality scoring, or win/loss analysis.

  • Knowledge of B2B SaaS metrics including MQL, SQL, ACV, CAC, pipeline coverage, and sales cycle analytics.

  • Healthcare or HealthTech experience.

  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Metabase.

  • SQL proficiency for self-service analysis.

  • Experience with CRM enrichment or sales intelligence tools (Gong, 6sense, Bombora, ZoomInfo, etc.).

  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI-assisted analytics, including AI agents or workflow automation.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
