EverPro is seeking an experienced, business-oriented Senior Manager, Sales Operations to lead day-to-day Sales Operations execution across approximately 80 sales professionals, 12+ products, and multiple sales motions. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, this role builds the consistency, accountability, and scalability required to support effective commercial execution. You will manage and develop Sales Operations and Insights analysts, lead forecasting and pipeline processes, deliver performance insights, and strengthen sales process and CRM governance in close partnership with EverOps Systems. You will also serve as the primary operational partner to EverPro’s Partnerships organization, helping build the processes, reporting, and operating cadence needed to scale partner-driven growth. This role requires a proactive, hands-on leader who can independently manage operational priorities, drive accountability, and translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

  •  Lead day-to-day Sales Operations execution across products and sales motions, proactively identifying and resolving operational challenges while establishing clear priorities, ownership, and accountability.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Sales Operations and Insights analysts, balancing workload, quality, performance expectations, and professional development.
  • Lead recurring Sales operating cadences, including weekly reviews, monthly business reviews (MBRs), and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), with actionable follow-up and accountability.
  • Own sales forecasting execution, consolidation, variance analysis, and leadership reporting; partner with Sales leaders and Finance to validate assumptions, surface bookings risks, and improve predictability.
  • Drive pipeline inspection and governance, including opportunity hygiene, pipeline coverage, conversion, stage progression, deal aging, and adherence to established sales processes.
  • Evaluate and improve processes across the lead-to-revenue lifecycle, standardizing workflows and addressing operational friction to strengthen seller productivity, consistency, and execution.
  • Serve as the primary Sales Operations partner to the Head of Partnerships, establishing and optimizing the processes, reporting, and operating cadences needed to improve partner pipeline visibility, measure channel performance, and support scalable growth.
  • Own Sales and Partnerships performance reporting, including executive scorecards, dashboards, KPIs, and analyses supporting business reviews and leadership decision-making.
  • Analyze bookings, quota attainment, funnel performance, sales activity, productivity, and partner channel results to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
  • Maintain Salesforce business governance, including CRM data quality, opportunity management, process adherence, and reporting integrity; reinforce accountability for adoption across seller teams.
  • Evaluate and optimize commercial workflows, identifying opportunities to improve processes, automation, and seller adoption. Define and prioritize business requirements, partnering with EverOps Systems to implement scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related go-to-market operations function within a B2B SaaS environment; multi-product or high-velocity SMB experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience, with demonstrated success coaching analytical and operational talent and driving team accountability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Advanced Salesforce expertise, including opportunity architecture, dashboards and reporting, process design, workflows, and CRM data governance.
  • Demonstrated experience managing sales forecasting, pipeline inspection, and recurring sales operating cadences.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills, including complex formulas, modeling, and analysis of large datasets.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales funnels, bookings, pipeline coverage, conversion, quota attainment, and sales productivity metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and automation tools to streamline operational workflows, enhance analytical capabilities, and improve team productivity.
  • Strong business acumen, operational judgment, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, navigate competing priorities, and drive decisions through data and sound recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently, balance competing priorities, and lead execution in a dynamic, evolving organization.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting partner, channel, alliance, or indirect sales motions, including partner pipeline management, attribution, or performance reporting.

  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
