The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CTO and the broader technology leadership team. This full-time, onsite role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to a fast-moving environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes pride in helping others work efficiently. You’ll be an integral part of a team building at the intersection of technology and biology, keeping operations running smoothly, culture strong, and communication flowing seamlessly.

Beyond traditional executive support, this role will also play a key part in driving Seattle site team-building efforts, internal culture initiatives, and community engagement activities. You’ll work closely with the company’s existing EA team to ensure alignment, consistency, and a seamless employee experience across locations.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the CTO with daily priorities, scheduling, and preparation for internal and external meetings.
  • Work closely with the other EAs to ensure smooth cross-functional coordination, shared processes, and unified leadership support.
  • Lead Seattle site culture and community-building initiatives, including team events, employee engagement activities, and office gatherings.
  • Support external-facing initiatives such as nonprofit partnerships, industry networking events, and community branding opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the technology leadership team to track follow-ups, schedule discussions, and keep projects aligned.
  • Be a reliable onsite presence: greeting guests, assisting with logistics, and helping the office feel welcoming and organized.
  • Handle practical day-to-day needs like ordering supplies, keeping meeting spaces ready, and coordinating with vendors and building management.
  • Assist with internal gatherings, offsites, and visiting collaborators, from logistics to setup and wrap-up.
  • Take on ad hoc projects that support the technology organization’s work and rhythm, including light operational and communication tasks.
  • Partner with our candidate experience coordinator to schedule all Seattle-based interviews, organize onsite panels and hiring manager conversations, and host candidates while they are in the office.
What You Bring
  • Passion about the role of science and its value to society
Strong organizational and communication skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping calm under pressure.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a technology, biotech, or TechBio company.
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Comfort working across different teams, locations, and time zones, often juggling shifting schedules and needs.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace and Slack, and ease learning new systems quickly.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
Why This Role

This is a chance to be part of a purpose-driven company combining engineering and biology to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You’ll work alongside people who value curiosity, collaboration, and clear communication - and you’ll play a central role in strengthening the culture, supporting leadership, and representing the organization internally and within the broader Seattle community.
