Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking Experienced Production Pilots to join the Production Flight Test organization in Seattle, WA.
Primary responsibility will be to conduct initial and follow-on production flights and customer demonstration flights on newly manufactured 737 airplanes. Successful candidates can expect travel and flights domestically and internationally in support of the production system as well as post-production activity via CFR 91 & 125. Production flight operations is a 7 day a week operation, successful candidates can expect to work several weekend days a quarter.

- Plans and conducts production and acceptance test flights
- Demonstrates or leads the production acceptance process
- Identifies and documents flight deficiencies and coordinates resolution
- Plans, coordinates and conducts ferry, support, functional test, and customer demonstration flights on production and non-production aircraft
- Serve as Pilot-In-Command
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- Commercial Certificate or FAA ATP with appropriate endorsements or military experience equivalent
- Experience piloting turbine powered aircraft
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid passport and travel internationally without restrictions
- Ability to obtain FAA First Class Medical certificate
- 1500 flight hours
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Test Pilot School (TPS) Graduate
