BCA Fabrication is a dynamic environment operating around the clock, at numerous global sites, to produce parts for programs all across the Boeing Enterprise, including Commercial Airplane Production, Defense System Programs Production, and Global Services in-service requirements. In this role you will have exposure to all types of products along with manufacturing methods and technologies.
The successful candidate will have prior experience leading Production Engineering skills in a high paced critical-flow production environment with availability to support off shift and react appropriately to rapidly changing demands.

- Use systematic problem-solving to enable building quality products in a safe and burden-free work environment, rate capable and FOD free.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports.
- Develop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures.
- Provide input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.
- Manage budgets and acquire resources for organizational activities.
- Evaluate new work statement for capability and capacity to support deliverables.
- Manage, develop and motivate employees and front-line leaders.
- Actively engage with Production Engineering Skill teams to support cross-team staffing exercises and develop existing and future front-line leaders.

- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
- 3+ years management experience.
- 5+ years production engineering experience.
- 1+ years of Equipment or Tool Engineering experience.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Substantial Tooling domain knowledge as a manager and as an individual contributor.
- Knowledge of Production Engineering processes and tools, including within the Tool Engineering domain.
- Experience with large-scale production improvement implementations.
- Coaching, guiding, and leading production improvements.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work across multiple groups and functions.
- Experience with developing an organizational talent pipeline
