UnitedHealth Group is seeking talented individuals to join our OB Home Care Team! We deliver services across the entire continuum of maternal-newborn care. Our elite team of OB Nurses is growing, and we want YOU to join this dynamic and exciting group. Enjoy this Part-Time opportunity while providing compassionate care to high-risk moms in-home and telephonically.
Candidates must be willing and able to drive up to 2 hours one way (On rare occasion, it could be slightly more) to see a patient if necessary.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care for expectant mothers in the home care environment
  • Travel to provide in-home patient care and continuous education to patients and family members
  • Continually assess the mothers' condition to ensure they are safe in the home environment
  • Modify the plan of care, as appropriate, based upon reassessment, change in prescriber orders, the patient's need for further care or services and the achievement of identified goals
  • Establish trust and build long term relationships with expectant mothers
  • Provide clinical support to key physicians / hospitals upon request

Required Qualifications:
  • Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of Washington
  • 1+ years of labor and delivery or obstetrical nursing experience (high-risk perinatal, antepartum)
  • IV infusion competency
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft programs including MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Teams and the Internet
  • Access to reliable transportation that will enable you to travel up to 2 hours one way to patient sites within a designated area (and on rare occasions slightly more but not further than 2.5 to 3 hours away)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • BSN
  • 3+ years of experience in labor and delivery or obstetrical nursing (high-risk perinatal, antepartum)
  • Home care experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.94 to $51.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
