Finance Transformation - Systems Integration Lead, Manager

The Opportunity
As a Finance Transformation - Systems Integration Lead, Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency through business application consulting. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will focus on delivering consulting services for digital finance solutions using Oracle technologies. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial processes and requirements, designing and implementing Oracle-based digital finance solutions to enhance their financial management capabilities.
As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion, while partnering with team leadership to validate collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Leading the integration of Oracle NetSuite solutions to optimize client financial operations
- Analyzing client needs to design and implement digital finance solutions using Oracle technologies
- Managing project budgeting, execution, and completion to align with client strategic objectives
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality outcomes
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify opportunities for business process improvement
- Collaborating with stakeholders to address conflicts and engage in strategic questioning
- Developing and maintaining project documentation to support seamless integration
- Promoting technology innovation and embracing change to enhance delivery
- Validating compliance with professional and technical standards within project frameworks
- Encouraging learning agility and intellectual curiosity among team members
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems, Information Technology
- Leading enterprise integration initiatives using Boomi, Workato, Celigo, and Oracle Integration Cloud, with exposure to NetSuite, Zuora, and Salesforce
- Designing custom integrations using SI connectors and relevant programming languages, preferably within software industry environments
- Advising clients on systems integration strategy and solution design to address complex business and technical requirements
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle NetSuite implementations
- Utilizing Agile Methodology for project management
- Excelling in business process improvement and modeling
- Managing complex IT project lifecycles effectively
- Embracing technology innovation and digital tooling
- Leading enterprise integration and software projects
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
