What Will You Do as a Financial Analyst?

As a Financial Analyst at Arrived, you will play a key role in monitoring asset performance, ensuring accurate dividend and share price calculations, and searching for  data-driven insights that optimize asset management and acquisitions decisions. You'll collaborate closely with the investment committee to support financial decision-making and help enhance our investment strategies. Your analysis will also empower our investor relations and marketing teams with compelling data and ideas to engage and inform our investors.

Here’s How You Will Contribute

• Track and analyze financial performance across our real estate portfolio.
• Calculate and validate dividends and share prices for real estate assets.
• Find and provide insights to improve asset management and investment strategies.
• Support investor relations and marketing with data-driven content and ideas.
• Collaborate with the investment committee to enhance financial decision-making.
• Develop reports and dashboards to improve financial transparency and efficiency.

You Might Be a Fit For This Role If You:

• Have a strong background in financial analysis and real estate or investment management.
• Are highly analytical and enjoy working with financial models and data-driven insights.
• Have experience with financial reporting and analysis, which may include cash flow management and real estate valuations.
• Posses a natural curiosity and bias for action around how we can use data to make better decisions.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and compelling way.
• Are proficient in Excel, SQL, google sheets, financial modeling tools, and data visualization platforms.
• Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, including investment, marketing, and investor relations.
• Are detail-oriented and ensure accuracy in financial calculations and reporting.
• Have a passion for real estate investing and innovation in financial markets.
• Have either owned rental properties or have a desire to invest in rental properties.
